Melissa is honestly the best realtor I have ever had the opportunity to work with in my life. She was so thorough in helping us prepare our house for sale. From whether to paint or not, to furniture recommendations to the quality photography she coordinated, she was spot on. In fact, we had three full-price offers on the first day! We asked her to help us find our next home an she may have found our dream home, in just a couple of short weeks. She was always engaged and kept us up to date on properties that met our criteria. She met my wife several times a week and viewed plenty of houses. If we had a question - she got us an answer promptly. If she sensed we didn't like the home - we moved on.
